Reporting to our CFO, you will be at the heart of our accounting operations. Your role will be essential to the smooth running of financial activities, and you will have the opportunity to collaborate with all departments.

Your responsibilities

Accounts receivable :

  • Issue and record monthly invoices (residential and commercial rents, management fees, etc.).
  • Manage payments (direct debits, Interac transfers, cheques).
  • Participate in the calculation and rebilling of transaction fees.

Accounts payable :

  • Account for invoices for each company and building.
  • Ensure timely payment.
  • Reconcile accounts payable statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Systematically organize and archive accounts payable documents.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize accounts payable processes.

General accounting :

  • Accurately reconcile bank accounts, credit cards and lines of credit.
  • Prepare journal entries for payables and receivables transactions.
  • Perform all other related tasks to support our team.

Expected results :

  • Provide accurate and timely information to facilitate decision-making.
  • Maintain an excellent level of satisfaction for our customers, suppliers and partners.

Your qualifications

  • Diploma in accounting, office automation or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year experience as an accounting clerk.
  • Knowledge of or interest in real estate (asset).
  • Fluency in spoken and written French.
  • At ease with computer tools and office software.
  • Knowledge of Excel, Accounting Seed and SalesForce (asset).
