Your tasks
As part of our team, you will be responsible for :
- Optimizing and adding value to our properties by implementing maintenance, improvement and renovation strategies, with a focus on efficiency and sustainability ;
- Steering the operational management of our properties, proactively managing contracts, suppliers and budgets to ensure efficient, well-maintained buildings;
- Develop and structure rental strategies to maximize occupancy, build tenant loyalty and enhance the customer experience through innovative initiatives;
- Actively contribute to our strategic plan, aligning your actions with Groupe Inspire’s core values: passion, innovation, relationships and excellence.

Your daily routine with us
- Optimize and manage real estate operations
- Oversee and structure building maintenance to ensure sustainability and efficiency.
- Implement preventive maintenance processes and ensure rigorous follow-up.
- Manage property renovation and improvement projects.
- Ensure energy optimization of buildings.
- Be a leader in the field and a partner for tenants
- Maintain a close relationship with tenants and ensure their satisfaction.
- Oversee lease renewals and negotiate terms in line with business objectives.
- Be the point of reference for all property management issues.
- Manage budgets and contracts with intelligence
- Develop and manage operating budgets for buildings under management.
- Negotiate and manage service contracts with suppliers and service providers.
- Ensure regulatory compliance of buildings and ongoing projects.
- Work in synergy with the team
- Supervise and support the team’s property managers.
- Collaborate with the various departments (finance, operations, leasing) to ensure efficient and proactive management.
Qualifications we’re looking for
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in commercial and/or residential property management.
- Technical knowledge: Notions in construction, real estate leasing, finance and real estate law.
- Languages: French & English (spoken & written)
- Tools: Comfortable with Microsoft 365 suite and property management software.
- Mobility: Driving license and car to travel to different sites.
