To support our growth and future projects, we are looking for a Leasing Agent to join our team.
Your Position
Reporting to the Real Estate Director and working directly with the property managers, the Maintenance clerck is responsible for the general upkeep of Groupe Inspire’s residential buildings.

Your day-to-day
- Clean and maintain buildings according to established maintenance schedules;
- Carry out minor repairs and maintenance work;
- Perform diagnostics;
- Participate in the planning of interventions;
- Communicate maintenance progress to the team;
- Manage materials and make purchases when required;
- Perform all other related tasks.

Your Qualifications
- At least two (2) years’ experience in building renovation and maintenance;
- Demonstrate good manual skills;
- Knowledge of the building industry;
- Functional French and English;
- Knowledge and experience in real estate;
- Possess a valid driver’s license and a work truck;
- Possess basic tools.
