To support our growth and deliver on future projects, we are seeking a residential property manager to join our team.

The Role

Reporting to management, the successful candidate supports the administrative and legal operations of the real estate division while helping coordinate files related to the properties under management.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Manage Administrative Housing Tribunal (TAL) files and represent the company at hearings when needed
  • Prepare lease renewals and draft legal documents (assignments, terminations, amendments)
  • Collaborate with bailiffs and ensure follow-up on procedures
  • Support the team during new acquisitions: data entry, contract transfers, vendor account setup
  • Provide cross-functional administrative support to the leadership team

  • Ensure rigorous, compliant management of leasing and legal files (TAL, leases, bailiffs)
  • Effectively support the real-estate team during acquisitions, renewals, and vendor follow-ups
  • Guarantee smooth, reliable, and proactive administration that drives portfolio performance and compliance

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in administration, property management, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in an administrative or lease-management role
  • Knowledge of the TAL and legal practices related to leasing
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365; experience with Yardi and Salesforce is an asset
  • Excellent organizational skills and autonomy
