Your Mission

Your role is to showcase our properties online and serve as the first point of contact for people reaching out to rent an apartment or commercial space. You’ll execute the existing strategy and ensure that all our listings are visible, clear, and engaging.

What You’ll Do on a Daily Basis

Listings & Rental Platforms

  • Publish and update apartment and commercial listings across various platforms (website, rental portals, social media, etc.)
  • Optimize descriptions, titles, photos, and tags to maximize visibility and attract quality prospects
  • Ensure all information is always up to date: pricing, availability, promotions, specific features, etc.
  • Order physical signage and promotional material

Social Media & Community Engagement

  • Draft and publish short posts on our social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) highlighting our properties, projects, and team culture
  • Respond to comments, private messages, and questions with a human, warm, and professional tone
  • Participate in simple content creation: stories, photos, short videos captured on your phone, testimonials, etc.

Tenant Lead Management

  • Receive and quickly respond to incoming calls and messages related to rentals (social media, rental platforms, phone, email).
  • Qualify the needs of interested prospects (type of unit, budget, location, move-in date).
  • Schedule and confirm viewing appointments for the leasing agent.
  • Maintain accurate follow-ups in the CRM to ensure every inquiry is handled and no opportunity is lost.
  • Work closely with the leasing team to maximize the lead-to-appointment conversion rate.
  • This person will be evaluated based on the number of leads generated and the number of appointments booked for the leasing agent.

Tracking & Improvement

  • Monitor listing performance (clicks, inquiries, platform effectiveness)
  • Suggest improvements: update visuals, refine text, try new channels, etc.
  • Collaborate closely with the leasing team, operations, and leadership

What We’re Looking For

  • 0 to 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, social media, or customer service
  • Education in marketing, communications, administration, or another relevant field (or equivalent experience)
  • Very comfortable with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and online tools
  • Strong written French (clarity, tone, grammar)
  • Professional written English: able to respond to short messages
  • Comfortable with digital tools (Office 365, publishing tools, Canva or similar — an asset)
  • Curious, organized, responsive, and genuinely eager to help people find the right home
  • Motivated to contribute to real estate projects that have a meaningful impact on communities
