To support our growth and bring our future projects to life, we are looking for a Tenant Experience Manager.
The role
Your mission: meet tenants where they are, build trust, truly understand their needs, and co-create concrete improvements to their living environment.

Your Day-to-Day
- Meet tenants one-on-one
- Present Groupe Inspire and its tenant satisfaction approach
- Actively listen to tenant needs and pain points
- Identify opportunities for improvement
- Propose clear agreements, including rent adjustments when applicable
- Coordinate follow-ups with internal teams
- Achieve measurable performance objectives
Required qualifications
- Knowledge of the TAL and legal practices related to leasing
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365; Salesforce experience is an asset
