1400 Innovation

We were fortunate to acquire this spectacular industrial building in the Bromont industrial park. Indeed, the building built in 2009, is one of the first industrial buildings to be built with a glued-laminated timber frame. We immediately spotted interesting potential in this building, which is part of an environment that promotes health and well-being. With this in mind, following enriching and constructive discussions with the actors of the city’s economic development department, we made the decision to make relevant and lasting improvements with a view to improving the quality of life of the occupants.

With this in mind, we are currently rolling out thoughtful upgrades to the common areas of the building to make them more inviting, enjoyable and functional. In addition, we have also taken the initiative to develop biophilic landscaping, promoting communion between humans and nature.
