1400 Innovation

We were fortunate to acquire this spectacular industrial building in the Bromont industrial park. The building was built in 2009 and is one of the first industrial buildings to be built with a glued-laminated timber frame. We immediately spotted an interesting potential in this building, which is part of an environment that promotes health and well-being. With this in mind, combined with enriching and constructive discussions with the actors of the city’s economic development department, we made the decision to make lasting improvements with the aim to improve the quality of life of the occupants.

As we progress, we’re currently developing carefully thought through enhancements to the common areas of the building to make them even more lively, enjoyable and functional. In addition, we’ve also taken the initiative to develop biophilic landscaping, promoting the connection between humans and nature.
