Le Randall

When we decided to undertake major renovations in our 98 units of the Randall Project, we had a strong desire to do things differently. So we worked hard to deliver more, for less. It’s true, we sacrificed private spaces in order to offer quality common spaces. We wanted to develop certain services that are normally only offered in larger housing projects. To dive deeper, we wanted to create a lively project that inspires people to express themselves on a daily basis. This is why we’ve put forward large common areas with a design that is extraordinary!

In addition to its exceptional location, close to many public facilities and local services, the peculiar characteristics of this project is what makes it a success !
